We accept payment in $ (US), € (Euro), Swiss Francs (CHF) or £ (UK) and will honor rates quoted at XE.com on the date of your reservation

subject to phone/email confirmation on that day from us and receipt and clearance of your deposit within 10 days of that confirmation

 

Inquiries for long term winter rentals (Snowbirds) are available on request

 

 

A booking deposit of $200 will secure your dates

A security deposit of $300 is also required but this will be refunded to you

after your vacation is complete subject to a satisfactory property inspection

 

 

The minimum rental for the "Sunset Palms" Davenport villa is 5 nights unless otherwise agreed by us in writing

Any stay of 7 nights or less will be subject to a one time departure cleaning fee of $95

No cleaning fee is payable for 8 nights or more

 

 

The rental price is shown in the table above. During the winter months October to May inclusive

we strongly recommend  you purchase Pool Heat for a small weekly fee of $95

 

 

We are happy to accept personal checks in $ (US), £ (UK) or € (Euro)

You may also pay by Credit or Debit Card on-line using PayPal (3% charge) in any currency

We also accept Bank Transfers (US, UK and International) and US Money Orders
